School abuse can take many forms including:

It can occur in many different settings, including the playground, classroom, camps and excursions, counselling, boarding houses and sports.

One area we believe continues to be underreported is the number of teenagers manipulated into sexual ‘relationships’ with a teacher during high school. These are not relationships at all; it is child abuse, plain and simple.

Many survivors stay silent for years, even decades. They feel a sense of shame, guilt and embarrassment that was never theirs to bear. What happened is not your fault. You were taken advantage of by predators and let down by a system that should have known better. You deserved better and are entitled to justice.
