Luke

PRINCIPAL

Luke was one of the first solicitors in NSW to be accredited by the NSW Law Society as a historical child sexual abuse specialist.

He has fought for abuse survivors all over Australia for more than a decade; securing million-dollar settlements, exposing abusers and holding to account powerful institutions including Governments, Churches and the Australian Defence Force. Click here for more information some of Luke’s past experience & cases.

Luke also acts for victims of school bullying, non-institutional abuse, domestic violence, dog attacks and other violent situations. He has also assisted parents traumatised by discovering their child has been sexually abused.

Garaty Legal was founded because Luke believes survivors deserve the best possible legal representation. He develops an individualised case plan and strategy for every client and works closely on each matter from start to finish.

Luke has handpicked a small, dynamic team that shares his commitment to providing survivors with the individual attention, personalised service and expert knowledge they deserve.

Above all, Luke understands that the legal process can be very daunting. He is happy to speak with anyone who has thought about taking action but isn’t quite sure where to start.
